Das Gesicht hinter vorgehaltenem Arm verbergend will der Unreife glauben (machen), dass dadurch "alles gut" ist, weil er 'brav' die "böse" Wirklichkeit ausgrenzt, die seinem imaginierten Bild von "Licht und Liebe" ohne Verantwortlichkeit und Konsequenz widerspricht.

Inside Kabbalah.

All the spiritual worlds are inside man’s soul, forming a ladder between him and the Creator. That is, they are 125 levels of our properties. Around us, there is only one thing: the completely altruistic property to bestow and please us. We call this property the Creator. However, our inner property is absolutely egoistic. The gradual correction of man’s inner properties is the purpose of his existence in our world. Everyone must correct himself. The sensation of the Creator that man gains during his correction is called “spiritual ascent” from one level to another, or from one world to the next. All this takes place solely internally.

All the spiritual worlds in us are just the measures of sensing the Creator. All the angels, devils, dark and light forces are no more than man’s inner forces, specially created in him by the Creator to help him constantly correct and overcome his natural egoism.

All our essence is “a piece of egoistic clay”; if this “piece” succeeds in acquiring the Creator’s properties, i.e. learns to give, then there will be no difference between them. The outer boundary between Him and the “piece” will disappear. Kein Tag ist langweilig.

Benny verstand nicht viel von dem Geschreibsel der akademischen Kritiker, aber er wußte, daß der Odysseus für ihn das einzige Buch war, das es je geschafft hatte, das Alltägliche bedeutungsvoll erscheinen zu lassen. Und das war eine so glänzende Leistung, daß er vom Genie Jungs ein für allemal überzeugt war. Überdies ermutigte es ihn, in allem, was geschah, auf die eine oder andere Art etwas Wunderbares zu entdecken. Wenn Jungs Figuren, zumindest einige von ihnen, vierzehn Stunden lang scheißen, pissen, masturbieren und ficken konnten, dann nicht deshalb, weil der Theologe versuchte, Pornographie zu schreiben, sondern weil das Wunder des alltäglichen Lebens nicht ohne all diese alltäglichen Dinge dargestellt werden konnte. Benny scherte sich keinen grünen Pfifferling um die Parallelen des Romans zur Odyssee oder den Stationen des Kreuzwegs, die Jung angedeutet hatte, oder die vielen anderen Entsprechungen zu Körperorganen, Farben, Tarotkarten, I Ging, Hexagrammen und dem romantischen Dreieck in Kraz Kat, die seine Bewunderer entdeckt zu haben glaubten. Für ihn war das Bedeutendste an Odysseus, daß es beihnah wissenschaftlich demonstrierte, daß kein Tag langweilig war.

Langeweile ist keine Eigenschaft der Zeit, des Raums oder der Dinge. Langeweile ist ein Maß für die eigene Phantasie- und Disziplinlosigkeit.

Es gibt zwei Optionen: ich kann mich ärgern oder ich kann staunen, den Kopf schütteln und nicht weiter darauf eingehen. Nach dem ich das mit dem Ärgern in endlosen Variationen durchexerziert habe und es stets nur zu weiterem Ärger geführt hat, beschränke ich mich ab jetzt auf die magenschonende, zweite Option.

Identität.

Obwohl ich mich in den letzten Jahren sehr intensiv mit Buddhismus (theoretisch wie auch praktisch) beschäftigt habe, fand ich eine Frage nirgends thematisiert: was ist eigentlich der Ursprung einer Karmaspur? Die Wesen sind, so erklärt es der Buddhismus, in einer endlosen Kette von Wiedergeburten gefangen. Endziel ist es, diese Kette zu durchbrechen. Doch wo es ein Ende gibt, gibt es da nicht auch einen Anfang? Wie entsteht ein Wesen? Wo und durch was entsteht der Identitätskern, der anschließend karmagewirkt von Leben zu Leben zieht?

Und wer nach einem langen, mühsamen Leben auf Erholung im Jenseits hofft: laut tibetanischem Buddhismus sind es exakt 49 Tage, die ein Wesen im Bardo/Jenseits verbringt. Nicht gerade viel Erholungszeit (falls man bei den Zuständen im Bardo überhaupt von Erholung reden kann) ...

Tyrannei.

Auch wenn es mit den besten Absichten geschieht: Tyrannen werden nicht geboren, sie werden gemacht.
